It’s not often that the government give you money back, but if you applied to register your LPA between 1 April 2013 and 31 March 2017, you may be due part of the registration fee as a refund of part.

In case you’re wondering, it does also apply to the old style Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) registered between the relevant dates, though it would generally be the attorney applying for the part refund.
