We were looking for somewhere to take my stepfather that didn't involve much walking. It was a loveley sunny day and we decided to visit Westonbury Mill Water Gardens in the village of Pembridge, Herefordshire.
The gardens consist of magical meandering paths through imaginative planting and quirky follies including a giant water powered cuckoo clock!
There were lots of places to stop and sit and take in the wonderful sights.
My favourite was an 'igloo' made from hundreds of coloured wine bottles, the giant gunnera plants were amazing and every twist and turn revealed yet another magical vista .
