I am getting VERY fed up of receiving emails from someone claiming to be from the DVLA offering me a vehicle tax refund.
The emails are becoming more and more 'convincing' to some people. I have spoken to the REAL DVLA this afternoon who are aware of the constant bombardment. I know that many of us simply ignore these emails and delete them straight away. If any of you have friends or families that perhaps are not so computer 'savvy', perhaps show them this article incase one pops up in their email inbox?
I am reproducing the latest email I have received at lunchtime today.
We would like to notify you that you still have an outstanding vehicle tax refund of £88.78 from an overpayment.
